Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants)

Strong portfolio showcasing web application or mobile UI work

Understanding of developer handoff and component constraints

Focus on clean typography, visual hierarchy, and usability

Good communication skills and openness to iterative feedback
