1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Vaelix (“Vaelix”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vaelix provides digital consulting, web development, mobile application development, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. Vaelix retains the right to showcase deliverables in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit prior to project commencement and milestone billing thereafter. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vaelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
